Helpdesk Technician 1: Provides first-tier technical support to clients through multiple communication channels including Discord Server Voice and Text Chat, EMail, and Telephone. The ideal candidate will possess troubleshooting abilities for common desktop, networking, and software issues while maintaining clear documentation of all support interactions. They will demonstrate patience, attentiveness, and a customer-first mindset while working within established service level agreements and escalation procedures. Along with a strong willingness to learn.

Billing Support Technician: Provides first-tier support managing client invoicing, payment processing, and account inquiries through multiple communication channels including Discord Voice and Text chat, email, telephone, and client portal interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to clearly explain billing policies and procedures to clients.

This position requires basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with payment processing systems, and excellent organizational skills to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.

Assistant: Provides comprehensive support to the BlueBotPC team through efficient office management, customer interaction, and administrative coordination. This role serves as an essential link between clients, technicians, and management while ensuring smooth daily operations.
